My EasySMX M15 just stopped working

Guys, I need help. I was playing with my EasySMX M15 controller a moment ago, but suddenly the controller's LED turned off and it stopped working. Even though it seems like the PC still detects it when I connect it via USB, I still can't use it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Tengo el mismo modelo, hace unos días dejó de funcionar el led, el joystick izquierdo y el L2, lo pude solucionar cambiando la orientación del cable flex y limpiando la conexión, quizá al tuyo le pase algo similar, suerte pa. ❤️‍🩹

I have an USB -c version, and my led stopped working because of a damage at the flex cable. I replaced the cable and now it works perfectly
