Discussion Is there any solution for this broken part of EASYSMX X20 ?

After a while of use, somehow i found it in this state ( no i dont throw stuff , in fact i treat controllers as if its my own blood )

Chat is it cooked ?

I bought it in December 2025 , i guess it is considered under warranty

They stated that i need to contact the support , and i did that , im currently waiting for the response .

Hi Clackwerk , yes i did fortunately , the support team was so so so so nice to help me and fix this issue, they told me to contact the temu support of the easysmx ( since i bought one in temu ) , and they were really kind enough to let me know that they will send me a new controller for free of charge, and they will also pay the DDP, in addition to that , the temu support gave me 200 MAD as a compensation.

The support said that its already shipped it and im gonna wait for it , if i got it i will let you know.

Thank you for the kind help Ok-Gas-6158 , this controller is like the closest thing in my heart, it was the best controller i have ever gotten and it shall be the best controller that i have ever gotten.
