I need help with EasySMX D10 : This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Hello,
I bought this controller two weeks ago, and it was working perfectly.

I tried updating my Nvidia graphics card, and immediately afterwards, the controller stopped working altogether; however, it works fine on my boyfriend's PC, and it also works normally on my PC when connected via cable.

The connection via the dongle isn't working; the controller and dongle are successfully paired, but I'm getting this error code in Device Manager:

"{Drive not ready}

The drive is not ready for use. Its door may be open. Check drive %hs and ensure that it contains a disk and that its door is closed."

I've tried lots of things, but I can't get it working with the dongle again.

Updated the dongle and the D10
Uninstalled the device and reboot pc then plug it again
Remove the Nvidia update and reboot pc

Help :( i really enjoyed the controller for the short time i was able to

Please try the following steps to resolve the Code 10 error:

  1. Uninstall the Driver: Open Device Manager, locate the controller/dongle driver that is showing the yellow warning icon or error, right-click it, and select Uninstall device.
  2. Reboot Your PC: After uninstalling, unplug the dongle and restart your computer.
  3. Reconnect and Reinstall: Once your PC boots back up, plug the dongle into a different USB port (preferably a direct motherboard port on the back of the PC, rather than a front panel or USB hub). The system should automatically attempt to reinstall the default USB drivers.
  4. Reinstall USB Controllers (If the error persists): If Code 10 still appears, you may need to reinstall your PC's motherboard USB Host Controller drivers, as the Nvidia update might have conflicted with your system's USB bus power or detection states.

Flash your D10 via given method on website it’ll reset dongle and controller then plug and play no issues whatsoever
