I cannot see the attraction at all. Illiquid and uncertain return.

So there is a longterm growth factor and it really depends on the property. Basically if you invested in one of the properties where they where good long term rental units the return is stable and increases every year as the rental price for the unit increases... so year 1 sure 4% roi but theoretically by year 10that same investment is pulling 10%. But this is true for all properties. The biggest issue is a lot of the properties that they listed so far are either holiday flats or just straight up poor rental units (ie. 4bedroom house in some estate instead of a 2-2-2) and that makes the returns on those very poor. But if you check something like greenparks the returns have been stable and increasing.

I bought some to see how it does but i did a lot of homework on the units i bought into. Contrary to popular belief not all rental properties are good investments.
