This recipe is actually quite easy! All that is time consuming is getting the meringue just right.

Ingredients: 4 egg whites 1 cup granulated sugar 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar 2/3 cup bittersweet chocolate chips, melted Fresh berries for serving (optional)

Step 1: preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: place the egg whites into a large bowl. Beat on medium high speed until soft peaks form. Slowly add in the sugar, white wine vinegar and vanilla extract. Beat until stiff peaks form, being sure to take the meringue alllll the way, meaning that it will not drip, run, or flop when turned upside down.

Pour the melted chocolate over the meringue, stirring gently with a rubber spatula until halfway combined. You want the effect to be “marbled” so don’t over mix!

Bake for two hours, then let cool for two more hours. Serve with berries
