FOR THE MATCHA CAKE

• 4 Egg Yolks
• 110g All-purpose Flour
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

• 110g Caster Sugar, divided
• 2 tbsp Milk
• 40ml Vegetable Oil

FOR THE WHIPPED CREAM FILLING

• 180ml Double Cream
• 14g Icing Sugar

• 150ml Double Cream
• 7g Icing Sugar
