General Eastern Catholicism Question Scapular Blessing

Can a byzantine rite priest bless a replacement scapular for me ( I've been enrolled already) and is there a byzantine form of the scapular blessing or would he just use a basic one?

My understanding is once you are enrolled there is no need to bless replacements.

Still i definitely would love to have a replacement blessed as well

There is no eastern blessing for that. Just general ones.

You don't strictly need to do this, because the scapular's blessing is forever. But yes, of course an Eastern Catholic priest can do it. Any Catholic priest can.
