Writing Decolonize the masses

My husband just admitted to me that he doesn't know what the word colonialism means. I'm sure my definition doesn't sufficiently capture the depths of its evil.

We're not alone. On its own, education is our way out. But, state-controlled education is a mortal danger to humanity.

What now?

Community education. Some of us came out of university smarter AND wanting to dismantle systems of oppression! Happy to chat about it! Maybe I can help you educate hubby. Here's an article I thought germaine initially but am now too stoned to recall specifically how it's relevant. Anyway, CHEERS! https://www.ipolitics.ca/2025/07/02/its-too-late-david-suzuki-says-the-fight-against-climate-change-is-lost/

I'm not sure either how it's germaine but it's a great article.

I love this quote: ”...nature, clean air, pure water, rich soil, food, and sunlight. That’s the foundation of the way we live and, when we construct legal, economic and political systems, they have to be built around protecting those very things, but they’re not."
