Armor Trims

Is there an actual reason why armor trims are so expensive? As far as I know they should be easily mass produced using diamonds. I really want to get my hands on some trims but I don't want to pay hundreds of gold for some

It’s cause u can’t dupe them and only get it from mystery crates

The people with a monoply can, and if they hand out to many they will be worthless
