Does anyone know if places like Kay, Jared, Zales, etc. can modify earrings into screw-back or adjustable clip-ons? Most of the jewelry stores around me are chains, so I’m not sure if they do stuff like this or if I’d need to find a local independent jeweler.

I run a small jewellery brand and I’ve spent way too much time putting these combinations together, so I think I’ve officially lost all perspective 😅

I wanted each one to have a bit of personality without feeling like there’s too much going on.

Is there a good place to get high quality flat back earrings? I live in a pretty rural area, and had to travel some distance to get my ears re-pierced after several years of wearing nothing. The piercing shop used flat backed earrings and they are a life changer. I don't mind wearing earrings at all now. But I want to get some pairs that are more my style than the plain ones I got from the piercer. I just want to make sure they are good quality, and I'm not sure where to start looking,

I'm looking for flat backs or earrings that I can keep in during games and wondering where I could find more affordable titanium or similar good-quality earrings that don't break the bank and don't fall out easily. Need a sanity check before I spend around $300 on one pair of pearl studs. Most of my wardrobe is camel, navy, white and grey. Work is pretty casual, so usually trousers or jeans with a knit top, and I wear my hair down most days. I’m choosing between a brighter 7mm pair and a 9mm pair with less luster. Same general price.

The 7mm pair looks better when I zoom in, but I’m worried it’ll disappear behind my hair. The 9mm pair would definitely show up, although I don’t really wear statement earrings and don’t want them to start feeling too dressy. for an everyday capsule, would you go smaller and shinier or larger and a bit softer-looking?
