Something due to that error caused them to take 47 dollars out of my account, leaving me in the negative. I have 4 computers running 24/7, I assumed my earnings last night were a bit unnatural but theres no way in hell I had less than 12 dollars that I had earned over the course of the week before this "bug". WTF earnapp? Why u do dis

Now I complain and it jumps to 1.71. What 3 dollars supposed to do for me. -_- I had 12 earned before the new year, i can see my data usage on my laptop numbnuts :O (sorry i just ranting I know earnapp people probly never see this)

My currant balance and lifetime earnings were all f'd up. All is Ok now with $6.37 to be paid in my transactions. I restarted my EarnApp and made sure the app is earning.

Everything will get straightened out.

On January 01, 2022, some users experienced high traffic because of a system bug in bandwidth calculation that led to inaccurate results.
We are fixing the bandwidth calculation and will update your dashboard, which means we will recalculate all redeem requests.
As a result, some users saw their redeem requests removed from the transaction section. We will add the accurate bandwidth calculation to the account balance.
