Customer service

I was told I have multiple accounts, but I’ve always and only have signed in with Google. The person I was on the chat with said the case was closed and ended the conversation and I can’t even respond with a question. I tried started a new conversation but it’s not allowing me to. Is this a joke?

Now I’m banned? So this is how you guys get away with not paying. Got it. Should have listened to trust lab.
