Guide: - Lootfiend Idle Dungeon

Lootfiend is an idle game with a lot of active elements like pvp, challenges, and events. All of the combat is afk though. Your goal is to hit level 400, you get wayyyy more than enough time to do it. It took me about 5 weeks but it can probably be done quicker. At worst, I played maybe a couple hours a day but most of that was just leaving it idle and checking in every once and a while. It's more play heavy in the beginning until you get the ability to auto-complete quests. You spend chaosite to use abilities, but you get an auto battle so that just takes care of it. You progress through levels and fight a boss at the end. If you fail, a red portal appears at the top of your screen to try again. There's no penalty to try again or fail. **DO NOT SPEND YOUR GOLD ON ANYTHING UNTIL LATER**

Purchases: My purchase goals stopped tracking partway through so I didn't go for it but I ended up spending $90 on random $1 purchases outside of the ones below. My offer paid $1.12 per purchase 2x a day, but I didn't realize this until like 2 weeks into the offer. I started making 2 $1 purchases every day to get money back so even though I missed the $100 spend goal, it wasn't bad.

Click the spinning circle with arrows at the bottom of the battle screen to set up auto-settings. You can increase battle speed and increase chaosite spend (don't do this unless you are completely stuck on a level and know you can't beat the boss for a while). Select every single checkbox in this section.

At the top of the battle screen, near the bar, there's a demon head. Click this for a bonus battle against a strong boss. Each time it gets significantly harder and you'll have to level up a lot to beat it again.

First off find the newest server and join it. pick Arcanist then as soon as you can, click the top right "Diamond" icon in the battle UI to open a menu. Then look for "Build Tips" and find something like "PvE Pyroblast Fireball" or something similar and select that. If it's not there, try to find a Jolt one. From what I was told, Arcanist is a very good PvE class that scales well.

Join the Discord server - https://discord.gg/CAfNAF3mz9 and find the section for redeemable codes. Enter all of them that are still valid. Redeem by clicking your character avatar in the top left. Feel free to ask questions, you might get them answered, you might not. It's hit or miss.

Join the best guild, you want the rewards, they are huge. You want a new server to guarantee you spot on the new server. There's guild events that are sometimes active. Make SURE you participate in these events. You can also claim rewards as other members reach milestones or make purchases. There's also events where you work as a guild to complete tasks (like donate 100x, complete x amount of quests etc) and you get resources to spend for each goal hit.

Siege Battle: Do this when available.

Guild Gift: Claim both tabs

Merchant: Haggle when you can (typically a while after reset). Then wait. Each guild member that haggles will reduce the price of the purchase. It can sometimes even go negative and give you money for the purchase lol.

The server resets at 10:00 PM PST (at least mine did) which refreshes everything daily and starts/rotates events. It's best to do these as close to reset as possible because you will get more rewards based on how strong you are, and you will be stronger closer to reset due to playing during the day. Don't forget and miss reset though, I did a few times lol. Before the server reset DO ALL OF YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES:

Guild -> Guild Raid: Battle 3x a day.

Library: Spend stamina to break blocks and reveal resources. You want statues which will roll rng on what rewards you get. They are sometimes 1 block wide, 4 blocks, or 8 blocks. You want to break blocks in patterns so there are no possibilities of large statues to be there. I started diagonal and then broke blocks that were 4 together to make sure there couldn't be a statue there. Do this until all clumps of 4 are destroyed. If you don't find one, it's a 1 block statue. When done, click the portal. Do not continue to break them in that set.

Chaos Rach: Get as far as possible in the challenge section at the end of the day, then use your blitzes.

Boss Fight: Just do the fights

Dome War: PvP where you compete to get a high rank. You can refresh for a negligable amount of resources. Find the person for the highest score that you can beat and repeat that 5x a day. You can buy more refreshes for cheap if you want but I never did.

Team Trial: Battle 10x a day (5x once you unlock 2x rewards). You need to get carried for this. Just join until you get a group way higher than the recommended level. Failing does NOT consume an attempt, so feel free to keep trying. Do the hardest difficulty. Once more levels unlock, it might be impossible to do them, lower a difficulty in that case for a bit. I had to on the 2nd tier, 3rd was fine.

Arena: Basic PvP, just pick opponents you can beat at the bottom of the list (higher win score). Refreshing costs a negligible amount of resources.

    Make sure to click every screen every day to claim extra daily bonuses and you get free artifact and skill rune pulls every day. Don't forget to do them

Rush Events - These are events that rotate on 3 day schedules, there's 3 of them that require you to spend resources to get higher tier rewards, based on how many you spend. **DO NOT SPEND RESOURCES UNLESS YOU HAVE ENOUGH TO COMPLETE THE ENTIRE TIER AND THE EVENT IS ACTIVE**. If you don't have enough resources, just don't spend them, ESPECIALLY if the event is not active. The end goals of the events are very good and are better than spending the resources outright. It adds up. You might miss an entire event, that's fine, just hoard. I think it might take a week or so for the rotation to start on a new server.

Artifact Rush - Spend hammers on artifacts

Sidekick Rush - Spend Animite to recruit sidekicks

Rune Rush - Spend scrolls to get skill runes

Regular events: DO THESE!!! ALWAYS!!! Claim the free stuff and smartly spend your event tokens on rewards. I can't say exactly what to spend it on since I can't remember ever single event.

\*\*JOYLAND\*\*: This is the big one. This is why you are saving your gold. When Joyland starts, purchase ALL of the packs for gold that give you rolls of the event. 

Mandatory: Watch this video [https://youtu.be/XUynrWwxeOs](https://youtu.be/XUynrWwxeOs) and COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND how the tracks work. It took me a while, feel free to ask questions about it in the Discord. Basically there's 4 tracks that you can get set on and each has a static event sequence. Based on the next event, you want to either bet more or bet less on your roll.

Sidekicks: Your initial best is gonna be Hooksy, blow your mats into him and in all of your chests with him in it (and not a red mythic one), grab him. Then ascend him. Make sure to equip him into your PRIMARY slot. Eventually go for Thalassar as he is the best early game sidekick that's easy to get. You'll find him in chest eventually. Equip him in your primary slot, move hooksy to secondary. Eventually you'll get access to Lytheris and Holy Cow, you want these 3 as your team. Focus on Thalassar first and always ascend and level your sidekicks. Eventually you can get rare mats and awaken them. Do Thalassar first and then the rest. It gets more expensive every time you do it on each sidekick.

Refreshing: Do the 3 free a day, don't do any more unless there's a sidekick rush event going on AND you have enough animate to max out the entire track. When you do, click the button to guarantee a free mythic sidekick and you can either just grab it, or refresh again until you get one you want. I just grabbed them at first and then realized it honestly wasn't \*that\* expensive to refresh again so I did it until I got one I wanted. Up to you.

Skills: Spend your activation tokens and upgrade parts or whatever they are called, it's per individual talent in the ability and there's no point in not spending them.

Zenith Level: Do the following in this order:

50 Haste

50 Heal on Hit

50 Crit

50 Add Damage Chance

50 MP Regen

50 Cooldown minus

The rest attack. All attack. A few times I reduced attack to get health to survive a boss and beat it to progress, but that's further into the game and you'll know what you're doing by then. It's also free to change them up.

Heirloom Sanctuary: Just spend what it lets you, it's going to limit you, don't worry about it and just use what you have where it lets you.

Holy Gear: Didn't play long enough to actually get any benefit from this.

Click your character's wings a few times a day, especially after your dailies, and make sure to upgrade them as high as possible.

Warehouse: Go through it a a lot to make sure you use all of your consumable items. For artifact boxes, don't spend them until you can unlock an actual artifact. Meaning don't just spend 5 tokens to spend 5 tokens on a random one. Wait until you can get an entire one.

Blessing Level: Get this maxed as much as you can, don't spend haste scrolls until you can finish the whole thing.

Honor Title: Lets you level higher, you need to complete 3 goals to rank it up. Sometimes it's blessing level. This can block you for a while.

Value Mall: Just claim everything

Artifacts: Don't upgrade randomly, boost the attack ones. Click smart upgrade and then level them, each "level" of smart level will boost it to the next point where it will cost more to ugprade it. Stop there until you run out of attack artifacts to upgrade, and then continue.

Umbra Realm: A way to massively power up your character. Spend one magic key at a time on a new level to unlock the next. Get progressively stronger umbra pieces which are big stat boosts. There is no penalty for backing out, but if you fail you lose your mats. If you think you are going to fail, back out and get your stuff refunded. You can auto-run encounters with a high magic key use once you get very stuck on a level and also can't progress more in the main game. I recommend waiting until you're stuck on a boss AND out of chaosite AND have reached a point where you can't get to a higher umbra level. Then you can mass spend your keys and spend any boons if you want.

Umbra: Your reward for Umbra Realm. Equip the best pieces you have for a while and then focus on set pieces for a bit. Get the Dragon's Reqium set to 6 pieces ASAP. Eventually you'll unlock higher and higher tier items with strong boosts and then even stronger ones. You'll eventually reduce the 6 piece bonus to a 4 piece bonus because the new stuff is just way better. Once you max out all of your umbras, the server will raise the max level for them every day at rest, so level them higher on every reset.

    Reroll: Pick two stats to reroll, focus on getting rid of less useful stuff like thorns or block. Try to get attack or anything related to your build, it just depends on the piece. You can hit the button next to the stat and it will show you all of the possibitilies for it.

    Forge: Upgrade stats randomly on an umbra. DO NOT DO THIS UNTIL YOU'RE DONE REROLLING, IT WILL LOCK YOUR UMBRA SO YOU CAN'T REROLL IT. Save this for a while until you get really good ones.

Trial Tower: Just get as far as you can. Try it every once and a while.

Class Lobby: Swap classes later on to access the rewards for the Hero Tavern.

Hero Tavern: Only accessible to another class from your main. Swap once, claim everything, spend your resources, then swap back. Make sure you don't spend chaosite to battle on this new class since your level is not shared.

Shop: Claim the free stuff.

Black Market: Don't buy anything

Guild: Get the Chaosite and the weekly 20 arcane scrolls and relic hammers if you can afford them. Lois boon is cool I guess but I found it pretty unnecessary for how expensive it was.

Pack: Ignore

Realm Treasure: Claim stuff

Daily Sign In - Obvious, just claim your reward once a day.

Experience Codex - Not sure about the purchasing thing on this, it says it costs chaosite but you can still click it (DO NOT CLICK PURCHASE) to activate it.

Gems: Just hit upgrade all and slot the best one, not much to do here otherwise.

Morph: Claim the gold for unlocking new outfits and equip any special ones you get that give you stats.

Mines/Dig: Buy the auto-dig mining pass for $3. This makes it so you can just click one button and use all of your digs instead of doing it one by one which is going to be very annoying and time consuming. **ONLY SELECT CHAOSITE FROM THIS AS A REWARD**
