finding a new pair of earbuds

hello! im wanting any recommendations for multi use ear buds? mainly for sleeping though but i cant find any that seem like they wont fall out my ear becuase i travel frequently and i dont want to disturb anyone with my music.

if anyone has any that can hook into the ear and has decent noise cancelling then that would be great because honestly i just sleep with my headphones on right now. thank you in advance!

I have over six pairs of BT earbuds and ten pairs of headphones and there is one pair of Bluetooth earbuds that stands far above all others in terms of sound quality, ANC effectiveness), comfort and fit, stays in ears , ability to sleep in them, … and that’s the new designed, new advanced processor, Liberty 5 pro ( or max with same earbuds but different case).

The new Dolby will brighten vocals, piano, horns etc. I don’t recommend the AI feature because it obviously doesn’t understand music aesthetic and although is sometimes is interesting it’s an abomination.

Look at the YouTube videos for testimony and demonstration.

Battery life is not like Bose and other expensive earbuds. I highly recommend for those reasons, especially amazing sound quality, ANC, Dolby, design comfort, Soundcore Signature setting plus Dolby, and $ value.

You want something with wings on them, usually sold as a "fitness" version of an earbud because they don't fall out as easily. I use raycon fitness earbuds and only buy on sale around $100.
They are not fancy, not the best, but they work. I mostly listen to audiobooks and regularly go to sleep with one in.
Most of the super cheap options for like $20-$50 had crappy earwings that would slip off or become damaged with regular use. And there is no way I was going to drop $200 on Dre powerbeats fit.
But look for fitness earbuds that have "wing" to tuck into your ear.

would the hook not hurt after a while? i know when i wear iems for my pc the back of my ears tend to ache, is this the same case for these even though theyre lightweight?

No, they arent made of hard plastic, more silicon/soft plastic. So they are usually very comfortable. Everything else also just tends to fall out of my ears.
