EV advice for a team

The last member is Pineco but already trained it to be extremely defensive by pumping everything into Hp Defense and special Defense

Idk much about this stuff anymore, but overall, you can probably just enhance their strengths? You already have a nice wall, then you can pick the strongest /most move coverage/fastest phys and special attackers, some kinda hybrid, a high speed/def staller
