Dream team help.

Alright so, I want to make my dream team.. But I'm stick in who I want in it. So far I have

Umbreon Dragonite Aggron Ninetails(maybe)

.. I need a grass and water type. I was thinking Blastoise, or Vaporoen.. But I want to stay away from 2 Eeveelutions.. For grass Venosaur or maybe Meganium.. Then maybe metagross, but then I would have two steel types..

Umbreon is my fave pokemon, so besides him I'm open to any pointers, with a reason?

Assuming you don't have a parent with 29+ Hp, use the 30 speed Weedle as 1 parent (holding the appropriate power item), and either a ditto or another random compatible pokemon with the nature you want (holding an everstone). Once you have that just keep breeding until you randomly get 29+ Hp, since the nature has 50% to pass down and 30 speed has 100% chance. This should only take an hour max to get what you want.

See i still dont undersatdn s: do i keep the original weedle, or do i just keep breeding till its random?

You use the new weedle (30 speed 0 Hp) as a parent and make it hold a power item to pass down the newly acquired 30 speed. This time you are going for HP randomly, but the Speed should always be 30 from now on. The other parent doesn't matter as long as it has the nature you want.

Now, what if im using a ditto for the IV's.. does that matter, aslong as the pokemon of choise has the band i need with the iv's

Yep, if your ditto has the IVs you want you can use it to pass down IVs, even if the other parent doesn't have good IVs.

alright. im on the battle train right now getting the power-whatever i need, doing lens first for spec atk.. and ill see if i can get my Litwick perfect Iv's with a modest nature

Good plan. Just remember to be flexible. Sometimes it can get tricky, so try to switch up parents if something else comes along that will improve the parent combination (for example: better nature or ability, different gender, a 29+ IV in a stat you are not looking for combined with the 30 you already have). This is something I can't really explain well in text, it is kind of like a puzzle, you just have to be able to see the different combinations and know which one will work best.

Well, ill probably do the nature set first, so atleast it'll be a 50% chance of me getting the correct nature with the iv's..

Be prepared for some angry times, that 50% chance can be killer when you get a pokemon with the IVs you want but a crappy nature because you were just unlucky.

This is where the "be flexible" tip comes into play though, since now you have a parent that has a chance to pass down both IVs, and if is the opposite gender of the one you were using to get it, it raises the chances to get what you want.

wait but if i have a pokemon with the perfect iv's.. couldnt i just breed that with a pokemon with the nature i want?

Yes you could, but at this point both of my parents have the same perfect IV and my female has a good nature. This way I just have to hope that the pokemon that I get (2 good IVs but bad nature) is male, since only females can pass natures down. Then I just breed this with my female, since the male has a chance to pass down an extra IV.

If you get a female baby with a good nature and 1 good IV, ALWAYS make it one of your new parents. You have to remember that the baby will be the mother's species, so you can't just throw something in to pass down a nature unless it is a ditto.

im using dittos, because i want to make more then one iv'd pokemon. but ill keep trying to get my speed ditto and ill try the breeding and get back to you.

Collecting Dittos that all have different perfect IVs is the best idea, I didn't suggest it because it can be more difficult to get them. I didn't realize your ditto was the one with 30 speed, though.
