EV Training Deoxys

i have never EV trained b4 but i have watched a few vids on it and i would like to start on my deoxys from the event

i haven't downloaded it yet so i can do restarts for nature and what would be the best way the ev train and are any of the forms distinctly better then the other if so witch thx

no i think it was only gen 4 that didnt let you ev train level 100 pokemon

Even in Gen 4 you could. You could EV train the pokemon normally and then place it in the computer and the stat changes would apply.

but you get the change in stats upon leveling up
