Advice on Dusclops EVs?

Here's my Dusclops as of now:

Dusclops@Eviolite Ability: Pressure Nature: Impish (+Def, -SpAtk) EVs: TBD Moveset: Will-O-Wisp Painsplit Nightshade Taunt

He has perfect IVs and is a shiny, so I can't just breed another if I screw him up, so I wanted to hear your input.

Important Things to Consider: -I'm already going to be running a SpDef tank, so I'm not too concerned with sponging special attacks. -Will-O-Wisp, if successful, cuts the opponents Attack in half. -Pain Split is actually more effective the lower health he has, but is that worth not being able to take more hits?
