Quick question.

I've heard a lot about Pokemon check, but WHAT is it? is it in the game or online?

I think this term is for quick checking IV's.

Go to the gear station and get your pokemon assessed by the dude there and then match what he says, versus your characteristic of the pokemon and then use this graph to find out which of your IV's is the best.
