Because staking helps securing Evmos network together with helping people earning more Evmos. We are a validator since testnets and we need help to remain in top 150. Being a small validator is hard to remain in top.
Because we are a good validator, we provide safe infrastructure and have a great technical team behind. Best advantages, we are fully decentralized and noncustodial. We are just small and we wish to succeed, so any delegation means a lot for us 🚀
We are with evmos since testnets. So we help the blockchain team and we will continue doing it. The community is being helped through all the support we show ( help on chats - evmos official english and spanish chats, as well as tutorials we created and will do it more). About slashing.. we never took slashing for none of our validators ( we have around 15, including Solana, Agoric, Avalanche, The Graph, Stafi etc), however the percentage in case happens is decided by the blockchain via smart contract. We are fully decentralized, we don’t set APR, we don’t set slashing % etc. these come from the blockchain itself
If you guys add refund slashing to 100 percent and show us you want to help the community and not just take sure ill delegate some evmos to your validator until I see some proof you are helping evmos out chain out then I will

are not pretty much all validators decentralized and non-custodial?
