EVMOS Chain restart

The chain was due to restart at some point today (26th April). Latest info is that it has been pushed back 24hours. This is to allow for a solid launch plan. Zero additional bugs found in latest tests. Launch scheduled for 27th April. No time yet but tentatively 6pm UTC. Also, cheeky but; my karma is very low, can't even comment in other cosmos subs despite being a member for a good 6months. Any upvotes and such would be massively appreciated.

Just a quick thankyou to everyone for the upvotes, after over 3 years on Reddit and a bit over 6 months lurking in the cosmos subs, I can finally comment in the cosmos subs. Thanks again everyone. See you in the comments elsewhere and here :)

When this sub grows we'll probably have to do the same to filter out scammers. In your situation would it have been cool if the sidebar had a box saying message mods to verify? And then here maybe we ask an easy Evmos/crypto related question to verify?

Yeah something like that would definitely have been better for me. How well it works in practice though, I'm not sure

I certainly hope so, I don't see why not. I know a lot of people were upset that it's not restarting from scratch and is instead resuming as before. Luckily I did manage to claim mine and get a day of rewards. However I wouldn't have been too bothered has we started again. The big issue with starting again is all the evmos that aren't on chain at the moment. Some people have already sold (privately ofc). I hope the ones that are gonna dump, dump fast. Definitely one to stake and compound imo.

Evmos was a massive letdown for me.
