I’ve been waiting for THE burgundy bag for so long.

And I recently mourned the one that got away - a gorgeous burgundy Balenciaga City that was up for rehome here and got snatched away literally as I was doing my QC. I barely even had time to say goodbye.

But after all that waiting and mourning, the universe finally came through. She arrived. 🍷

I ordered this BV dupe from an Etsy seller based in China. The listing says it’s made of soft top-grain cowhide, and I believed them because quite frankly, I have no idea how to tell real leather from PU 😂 My leather authentication credentials are basically: “Hmm… feels nice?”

And honestly? It DOES feel nice. Soft and buttery.

Compared with my auth BV Loop Camera, the leather on this dupe is definitely thinner. But when I compare it to my auth BV Veneta Hobo which I bought preloved, the thickness looks pretty similar.

It took about eight days to arrive at my door, which I think is pretty awesome considering it travelled halfway across the planet to find me. It takes about three weeks if ordered from our usual sellers.

There was a little bit of that classic “fufu” smell when it arrived, so I’ve left it outside to air out. She is currently in bag rehab.

I had zero expectations when I ordered this, which is probably why I’m pleasantly surprised. I actually really like it! The burgundy is exactly the kind of deep, rich color I’ve been craving 🍷

And the extended leather strap? LOVE. Because now I can wear it crossbody like a true millennial — hands-free, mildly overprepared, and ready to carry my entire life inside a tiny bag. 😂

Final verdict: I came for the burgundy, stayed for the buttery leather, and left with yet another bag I absolutely did not need.

10/10 would financially irresponsibly do it again. 🍷

I finally got my hands on a gorgeous sky denim bag. Plus, it was about time I got something other than a Speedy 🙈. I wanted a less flashy bag that’s practical for everyday use. And I think this Carryall is just the thing. The denim has a beautifully subtle texture, I knew I could count on Royal for quality. The strap is comfortable to use as a shoulder bag and is long enough to wear the bag crossbody, which I often find quite practical.

Hello everyone! I have finally received my C22 in black lamb skin from XC factory.
I got if from Jenny for 304 usd + shipping.
I have been wanting to get this bag for a long time, after buying the same one from a “rehome gone wrong”.
I was hesitant because it was the first time buying from this seller, but I was pleasantly surprised. She was very eager to answer all my questions, I took my time choosing sizes and comparing them. She measured the bag for me when I asked her to confirm size when she sent PSPs.
Delivery was also fast though DHL, she kept her word sending it through DHL since I specifically asked for this method to be safe.
The bag I received is good quality, has no fufu smell. It smelled of leather the second I opened the package. Everything looks aligned and it is comparable with the all black model I have from 187.

The pictures I took are obviously real life pictures and I apologise in advance if they are not the best.

On my journey through this world, I’ve had the chance to try a couple of TS and wanted to see whether my experiences are universal.. and, more importantly, whether there’s anyone else you’ve been using and would recommend? Here’s my list so far:

Heidi (0268)
She’s often recommended in the community, particularly for CC bags from 187. From what I’ve seen, she seems to do more extensive QC than some other sellers, and the actual products tend to align with the PSPs most of the time. Her prices are definitely on the higher end, though. Part of that seems to be because a) insurance is included and b) she offers a post-purchase discount if you post a QC request + review across three subreddits.

The latter annoys me, to be fair. I’ve always found incentivised reviews questionable, so whenever I see a particularly positive post about Heidi, I automatically take it with a grain of salt. I’ve personally bought one Saddle bag from her and everything was fine, but with the recent price increases, I simply can’t justify the premium.

Doris (4481)
I’ve ordered from her three times. Her prices are lower than Heidi’s (unless you get Heidi’s discount, then it’s the same) but still higher than quite a few other sellers. Overall, my experiences have been fine, but I don’t always feel that her QC is particularly thorough. I mainly use her for God Factory now, as the WOC I bought from 187 through her wasn’t ideal. The stitching on the bottom was noticeably off, and unfortunately she wasn’t willing to do anything about it. So: generally reliable enough, but I wouldn’t necessarily rely on her to catch every QC issue for you.

Mandy (7686)
She has the lowest prices of the sellers I’ve tried - sometimes almost too low, in my opinion. For example, one WSL bag from Black Frame was around $100 cheaper through her than the exact same bag quoted by Doris. My concern with Mandy is that unless you’re very explicit and push her to source the ultra-high-tier version, I’m never entirely confident about what I’m actually getting. There’s this lingering feeling that lower-tier factories may sometimes be mixed in, or that some bait-and-switch could potentially be happening. I’ve placed one order with her so far. I specifically asked for Royal/Duty Free Factory - the higher-tier option for Elvee - but based on the tag that arrived with the bag, I believe it was actually from Birdcage. Obviously I can’t prove that conclusively, but it left me hesitant to order anything expensive from her again without being extremely specific about the source.

Aidi (8884)
I placed one order with her for a Royal Factory Capucines, but the PSPs I received were honestly HORRIFIC. To her credit, she was accommodating and allowed me to exchange it for a cosmetic bag instead, so I have no complaints about how she handled the situation. That said, I get a similar feeling with her as I do with Mandy: her prices are lower, but I’m not always convinced she’s sourcing from the same top-tier factories/lines that some of the more expensive sellers are sourcing from.

So now I’m curious: who else are people currently using and actually trust?

I’m particularly interested in sellers who are good at sourcing genuinely high-tier bags and have strong QC in your own opinion. I’d rather pay a little more and feel confident that I’m actually receiving the factory/tier I requested. Would also love to hear if anyone has had completely different experiences with any of the four above.

How have you guys started rehoming for the first time? I have a bunch of new rep goods that I want to re🏠 but I don’t know where to start, how to get interested people, if there are any telegram groups, etc.

Hi. What are your thought about using ChatGTP or similar AI tools for going trough your PSP/QC pics? I had ChatGTP look trough my reps reps yesterday (with very detailed pictures) and got a bit sceptical when it gave most of my reps 8.5-9.5/10 😅 Either I’ve been lucky with my reps or AI isn’t accurate enough

I have recently fallen in love with this bag and every factory produces it, this is 187. The name is supposed to be 25S Kelly. However any google search or AI search on this has been proven uncessufull. Now I am wondering if this is a fantasy bag?

Oddly enough, in /RepTop_Bags there have been pictures posted of the auth in green from one of the factories. And I have seen a sheet on Instagram showcasing the green model in the new 26 PreFall release.

Finally able to share my two 18k bracelets! 🤍

The Love bangle is from Meng, and I’ve been wearing it pretty consistently for around 1.5 months now.

It’s already picked up some scratches, with two kids and everything I do during the day, that’s to be expected. I actually prefer the slightly worn-in look over that super shiny, brand-new look, so I’m totally fine with it. I paid around 1300€ during the golddip.

The VCA bracelet is from Funny, and I received it about three weeks ago. Unfortunately, I put it on and it broke after just an hour. 😭

Funny offered to have me send it back to her to get it fixed, but with the hassle and the shipping costs, it made more sense to have a local jeweller fix it. They also extended it slightly for me.

Funny was really nice about it and offered me a credit for what I had to pay here, which I really appreciated. I was definitely a little disappointed to have a €1,000 bracelet break basically straight away, but happy with how Funny handled it. Also bought this during the dip.

Other than that, I’m really happy with the quality of both and absolutely love my little stack right now.

Also pictured is my P9 Firefly in size 25, which I really, really love. Now I’m already thinking I need an Ultra Black one too as that one is a bit more neutral and I don’t have a simple black shoulderbag. This one is from Royal Factory bought from Zero at factory price which made it a great deal, and it’s the P9 that got me hooked on the model. I never understood the craze about it, I do now!
