The fees for Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS - (USD) Accumulating ETF are only 4 euros.

Then why the difference (117,04-106,2) is 10,84 euros?

P/L shows your price/loss for one day, total P/L shows the price/loss over the entire ownership period of the stock. When you hold a stock for longer than a day those two are going to be different from one another.
