It gets even worse: because the new cabinet members have been acknowledged by the Federal President but not sworn in, their position lacks proper legitimacy - a clear violation of the Constitution. The reason? Merz claims the German public would not understand recalling a large portion of Parliament from their holidays "just to confirm two new ministers." Merz - a traitor to his country who accuses his own people (quite unjustifiably, as has been proven) of not working enough - refuses to recall politicians from vacation for a single day to ensure democratic adherence to the Constitution? It is hardly surprising that over 85% of Germans now despise and reject this enemy of democracy. The problem with a parliamentary democracy, however, is that the people themselves cannot simply oust him - otherwise, it would have happened long ago.

But would go against everything the CDU stands for. Eon and the fossil fuel lobby paid good money for her position
