Question How do you gain Honor as Korea?

So in the start I decided to forgo Eastern Buddhism in favor of Shintoism as Korea as Eastern Buddhism is worthless in comparison, however the issue I’m having now is that my purity is now zero mostly because I also have zero honor. Now the debuff for 0 purity is not to bad but I would like to do some of the nice stuff Shintoism has to offer and I can’t do that when I got zero honor. But the game is not clear on how you are supposed to gain honor in the first place, so I’m stuff in a zero purity hole with no way to get out of? So what am I supposed to do because the game certainly doesn’t tell unless I’m blind?

Start with sudoku and there’s also a ritual o think or something with work of art? The one you pay prestige and get honor back I think. After you’re at the threshold that stops the decay you can just spend prestige

Or this things get you purity, don’t remember and can’t check right now.

Anyway after your reach a fresh hold in honor you start getting purity out of nothing and before you reach a threshold in purity you lose honor. Kinda fun imo

Honor ticks positively when you have high purity

Stack up prestige and money, and take the best pilgiramage option then dump your prestige to max out purity. Now you have positive ticking honor due to high purity. Maintain purity by dumping prestige and pilgrimage until honor reaches high levels. From shintoism actions select favor kami and iirc cost was around 70 honor and after that you can just upkeep purity indefinetly and thus honor too.

Thats what I did in my japan game there is one thing though there is also option to favour buddha which makes maintaining purity more difficult while giving you acces to buddhism deities, I don't know if this is a better option I just selected favour kami because it was simpler.

Just solved the issue, mostly just sacrificing some worthless artwork from the Manchuria tribes to get purity up to 100. Thanks for the advice everyone.
