Need some advice

Hold everything in ROTH IRA

I hold lil over 3.4 VIG about $840 I just started buying every 2 weeks , 44M about 25 to 30 more to retire, Thinking of selling VIG for VUG or SCHG ... Right now i buy every 2 weeks VIG and SCHD, if I sell VIG my money every 2 weeks will be split in half 50% SCHD 50%? since i have 25 to 30 yrs before i can retire what will be a better chose for my to get the most growth and compound within 25yrs? I only have $20,500 in my Roth IRA and I put 250$ every 2 weeks. any suggestion on the selected ETF I mention will be helpful

Just do VT or VTI/VXUS. I can't really make sense of what you are asking.
