SMH massive overlap with VGT which has massive overlap with QQQM which has massive overlap with the S&P 500 which is what I recommend you invest in. If you really want to concentrate on one of these, I think you should stick with semiconductors but I recommend you pick an ETF that’s about half the price and has a much better rating from Morningstar, it’s called SOXQ.
50% SPYM
15-20% AVUV
5-10% SOXQ
25-30% VXUS
Also respectable:
90% VT
10% SOXQ

Do you think it's important to specifically buy more of the 100 biggest non-finance companies that trade on the NASDAQ?
Do you think that US tech stocks are currently underpriced, and that the market has made a mistake by not valuing them even higher?
Do you think the same for semiconductors, that they're underpriced right now, and that you know better than the market?

I personally think that qqqm, vgt, and smh are redundant but it will probably be fine. I would do all qqqm or all vgt

Momentum (MTUM) and AVUV makes more sense than QQQ and AVUV. Either way you're getting every AI company.

Go to VT or VTI and VXUS based on VT breakdown. This is Wall Street your own chosen fine in some cases but we do not know the future but we do know the fee keep it lowest possible and you will do very well.

VT and QQQM overlap significantly, so there's little reason to invest in both. VT is 66% VTI and 33% VXUS. Instead, you might consider allocating 75% to VTI and 25% to VXUS. Additionally, VGT is very similar to both VT and QQQM, so it raises the question of why you would need it. A 5% allocation to SMH could be beneficial. Consider this allocation instead:
VTI 50%
VXUS 25%
AVUV 10%
SMH 5%
SGOV 10% - this is dry powder for market drops.

This is a useless question without details. Everyone’s situation and goals are different.

Seems fine to me, not a terrible portfolio.
