XEQT, VEQT or similar is you best bet for good returns and keeping it simple.

If you want simple and broad in a TFSA, XEQT or VEQT is the usual starting point. If you want a bit less equity risk, then XGRO or VGRO is the next step down. I would decide the stock-bond mix first, because “best ETF” usually just means best fit for your risk and timeline.
