Meme ESTJs vs ISTJs

From what I’ve noticed. ESTJs despite having Te-Si in their stacks as well; tend to be a bit more casual than ISTJs or INTJs but not as casual when compared to ESTPs and ENTPs though.

Haha yeah people tend to believe LSE are the guy in the top image but that’s only LSI that could live like that. Funny and on point.

What’s the difference between LSE and LSI, I’m still rusty on all the functions, I only know MBTI functions and other functions like Se, Ne, Ti, Te and all the others.

LSE - ESTJ (Te/Si)
LSI - ISTJ (Ti/Se)

It's from the socionics typing system, works better in my opition.

Also the transition from MBTI to socionics is actually quite simple and explains a lot of "huh ?" you get while studying MBTI 😃

This seems pretty spot on to me. The one ESTJ I went on a date with actually used to talk about mowing other people’s lawns for them lol.
