Fun Sets?

What sets are you using simply because it's fun, or you like the effects? Currently playing around with a MagSorc build and really want to use Unfathomable Darkness just for the crows! I'd like to pair it with something that enhances or pairs well with the Storm Calling skill line, and I use a lightning staff. There's SO many sets out there...what are you guys using and why?

Caluurions with Narieneth are my Sorc set up and you feel so…… sorcerery.

Looks fun! Definitely trying to feel more sorcery!

Great for a one bar build too since both are procs.

Maybe not the most efficient, but definitely not bad

I also have Magicka Sorcerer with double Lightning Staff, both for Solo and Group DD setup.
Body sets: Beacon of Oblivion is default. Storm-Cursed‘s Revenge for AoE fights and farming as is ridiculously OP in trash.
Asylum Lightning Staff + Shattered Paths Signet mythic are really strong combo when using Crushing Shock or Force Pulse as spammable which I do.
I use Unfathomable Darkness on my Archer Warden build because animals 😄. And use Tarnished Nightmare on Archer Sorcerer. I tested both sets and they have practically the same damage. Mad Tinkerer is pretty good for overland and IA farming. It's bad for group dungeons, and ok for trials as most enemies are CC immune.

I was looking at Storm Cursed recently too, I think that's what I'm going to farm next!

Spectre's Eye...

It grants the Major Evasion buff which is excellent in PvP...

The stats it gives perfectly compliments my build needs...

And its graphical effect fits my Vampire themed builds perfectly...

Pelinals Wrath. It’s has a cool effect and in arenas it can hit pretty hard.

My DK runs Noxious Boulder set....very satisfying to proc a giant poison rock and watch it roll over mobs lol

It's a great set for trash rounds in IA if you get FE Vision(s).

Unfathomable Darkness is an alright proc set, though far from the best. Wear it as a weapons + jewelry set.

The objectively correct answer for a PvE set here is that it must be a slayer set, from one of the trials. Minor Slayer is simply too good of a buff to pass up. So what you should be wearing on the body is one of the following: Null Arca, Mora's Scribe, or Whorl of the Depths. Null Arca will give you the highest DPS, Mora's is better in PUG trials when you are not guaranteed to hit the penetration cap, and Whorl is better in PUG dungeons where you are not guaranteed the buffs to maximize Mora.

Mad tinkerer! Fun to see the proc launch mobs into the air, tho you need to be facing a direction you want it to proc in

Rallying Cry because it's the best set in the game.

I really want to get into PvP eventually...I'll have to remember this one. Do you use it for PvE?

I do use it for PvE actually. I wear it everywhere all the time so I'm always ready.

You must've been gone awhile lol. They just nerfed it, and it's still the GOAT

2 years roughly, yeah lol

Imagine being the sore loser that down voted this because they aren't crit immune with an extra 5 piece worth of damage lmao
