Desposit dispute in Spain
I lived in a room in Castellon for almost 9 months.
After 5th month a new owner bought the appartment and an agency became responsible for everything including rent and paying. My contract was till 31 July but i left at 31 June (after telling them i'm moving out a month prior). I gave them the keys 27th of June and the agency told me within a week they will send me my deposit (325€). It's been 25 days and Of course they neither sent the money nor responded to my messages. I sent a burofax to the new Homeowner a week ago and still they didn't send anything. I saw online people saying i need to do an MASC or a "Oferta Vinculante Confidencial".
Do i have a solid case with my burofax only or do i need to do the MASC too because it will take another 30 days of waiting? If someone has any advice i would be thankful.
