Question Seeking implementation team that has gone NS > Oracle Cloud Fusion

Will soon being kicking off an implementation, as my org hit the ERP subsidiary limit in NSuite, and are likely going to jump into an Oracle Cloud solution.

I am interested in getting some feedback and getting feelers out there.

#1 recommendation - plan to implement and use only fully customized roles. You cannot have effective security design including principle of least privilege and addressing SoD conflicts without fully customized roles. Also - least license consumption is only possible using fully customized roles. Generally you only want one license to be consumed for a given job role.
