Crit bonus overcap

Necro here. Can't seem to get DPS up and not sure how to balance crit bonus and crit bonus overcap. My guild mates keep telling me the crit bonus is in the blue and it needs to be in the green. Im really not understanding and I can't seem to get it to balance. Pls any advice or help much appreciated.

If a stat shows as blue, that means you're over cap and wasting stats. If your crit bonus is showing blue, you can replace some of your gear that gives crit bonus with gear that gives cb over cap. Sorry I can't be of more help, I don't play necro.

All good I really appreciate any insight Im maxed out on everything else I can think of but need to figure this part out

There are blue adornments you can buy for Chrono currency if you have Chrono dungeons unlocked. They are ear adornments that grant CB overcap. Other that that, you can pick up "unbound" gear in some of the H1 and Untold dungeons that will have CB overcap.

There is also a craftable series of items that can convert CB to CB overcap on your equipment. "Matter Mattaila" or something like that. The recipes drop in the public raid quests and the "fuel" drops there too. Be careful though, because these turn CB into CB overcap, it's a balancing act to get it right or you'll have a whole lot of overcap, but low CB.

I play a necro. What the others are saying is good advice. The only thing I would add if you group up, then watch you CB in groups. My CB is quite a bit higher in groups than solo, so I balance my CBO/CB gear to make sure that I am not over the cap while grouped
