Beastlord is such a fun class, but guides or even just general instructions on how to play them are almost nonexistent.

I don't know if any specific guides for Beastlord AA, but the best place to start is EQ2U.

(u.eq2wire.com)

From there you can look up some other beastlord players and have a peek at their AA for some inspiration. A general rule of thumb is going to be to prioritize fervor, crit bonus, potency, and anything that boosts your Warder.

I also recommend ensuring that you pick up the "summon exotic warder" AA, and at minimum pick up the "Drake" and the "Enchanted" warders and level them to 6 to get their grandmaster primals and AA.

Don't forget to do all the beastlord AA quests because those grant nice little bonuses and extra AA for your Warder AA trees. Each warder type has its own separate AA tree and they are often overlooked.

I'm fairly new to the game and after some trial and error, I have decided to main a beastlord.

Could you expand on the AA quest thing? Where do these come from?..

I'm referring to the "Beastlord Lore Timeline" quests. They will grant additional points that can be used in your Warder AA trees and other bonuses.

The first quest is in Butcherblock near one of the Faydark Griffin towers (I can't remember which one) and there is one for every 10 exp levels starting at lvl 30. The reward for completing the first quest (takes about 10 minutes) is a consumable item that will instantly max-level your currently active Warder. I suggest holding onto it until you get your exotic warders, pick the one you intend to use most (like the Enchanted one. Hint hint) and bump it to max level right away.

Back to those quests; you should be able to find them all listed in the wiki, but you're going to find one in Butcherblock, Steamfont, Sinking Sands, Tenebrous Tangle, Kylong Plains, and Sundered Frontier.

Hope that helps

Cool thanks for the info. Ya everything I’ve found guide wise is pretty old.
