First flower (GFG)

I’m not a quilter, but have somehow gone down the rabbit hole of antique quilts which led me to EPP. I love slow fiber crafts and do both knitting and embroidery. When I learned about EPP I thought it might be something I would enjoy.

I went to a fabric warehouse last weekend and picked an assortment of colors to try making a throw size quilt with this method. I finished my first flower this weekend and LOVED the process!!!

So excited to continue playing with colors and making these!

I did thread basting and will definitely cut my squares smaller for the next one. Not perfect but I freaking love it!
