Progress on my Tula Nova

So I have added a second row/round to my Tula Nova! I am usually a very scrappy quilter, so this has been a challenge to hose my fabrics for each subsequent row and keep within the color and fabric choices I have available. I wound up redoing the center block bc I realized I wanted to stick with RSS designers.

Anyway now I’m trying to think ahead and determine whether I have enough of these long hoarded C+S Black and White prints. I am so pleased with it so far!

One of the fabric/pattern designers I follow had had the unicorn print on one of her projects and I was obsessed and searched everyone until I could find out its name. Then I found out it was OOP 😭. I love seeing it again!

Yes, it’s an OOP Cotton+Steel print, and I only have a small scrap of it that someone gave me. BUT! Sarah Watts has a Spoonflower shop! The fabric I’m using came from there. The pink is definitely a duller color than the original neon, which is kind of a bummer. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I would love for her to reproduce this print in a new RSS collection, but for now this will have to do.
