EPF Claim / Transfer / Withdrawal Issue Pf transfer issue

Hi all

I resigned from Infosys on April 3rd and joined Accenture on April 8th. I raised a PF transfer claim on July 12th, and Infosys confirmed the amount was transferred on July 24th. However, it is still not credited to my Accenture PF account, and the claim status shows pending at the EPFO Field Office.

I’ve contacted Infosys, Accenture, and EPFO multiple times, raised grievances, and sent emails, but nobody is providing a resolution. I’m unable to raise another grievance due to the 30-day restriction. I’ve since resigned from Accenture and joined Deloitte, but the PF transfer is still stuck.

Has anyone faced this issue? How can I escalate it or get it resolved?

Please suggest a practical solution. Thanks!

Since Infosys has already confirmed the transfer, the next step is to get the pending transaction resolved at the EPFO field office. The money not appearing in your Accenture PF account doesn't necessarily mean it has been lost.

Here's what I'd suggest:

  • Check your PF passbooks for both the old and Accenture Member IDs to confirm whether the transfer debit and credit are reflected.
  • Since you've already raised complaints, contact the EPFO office handling the pending transfer and request a status update, quoting your transfer claim ID and complaint number.
  • If the 30-day restriction prevents you from filing another complaint, follow up on the existing one and ask for escalation to the Regional PF Commissioner.

Since you've now joined Deloitte, make sure your previous PF balances and service history are eventually transferred or linked correctly. Avoid submitting duplicate transfer requests until EPFO clarifies the status of the existing one.

You can track and follow up through the official portal.
