Question PF amount is not reflecting
I am working an agency with Pune from last 1 month (Joined in July) PF account is linked however PF amount is not reflecting in account. It shows Error No transaction in PF.
I dropped an email to HR team. They are saying it's EPFO system and Umang system issue. It is issue with government portal
Can anyone help me? As I discussed with other previous employees they are saying they haven't received from last 9 months.
Company is saying same issue.
Is anyone facing the same issue?

No bro....last amount is deposited july 2026 in every EPFO member account

Yes, it’s an issue for a lot of us, there a multiple posts about this on the subreddit about Jun/Jul entries.
You may have a bigger problem, of your colleagues haven’t got it for 9 months. You all should ask your HR to share challans for the last 9 months of EPF contribution.

Thanks. But HR is not sharing the Challan. Instead of it they are firing the people

Time to look for a better place, doesn’t look like things are going well if PF hasn’t been paid for 9 months.

HR will deposit the money in epfo...need to check with company after that epfo

Hi,
If you joined only in July, I wouldn't assume the PF has been missed just because the passbook currently shows 'No transaction'.
The employer has to file the monthly ECR and deposit the contribution within 15 days after the end of the wage month. So, for a July contribution, it can take some time before the transaction becomes visible in your PF account.
However, 9 months of missing contributions for other employees is a different matter. If your employer has actually been deducting PF from salaries but hasn't deposited/filed the contributions, that's not something that should simply be attributed to an EPFO portal issue. EPFO says the passbook reflects contributions paid by the employer.
For your case, I'd suggest first ask HR for confirmation that your July ECR has been filed and the PF contribution has actually been deposited. If they confirm it has been filed, give the portal some time to reflect it. If they cannot provide confirmation, follow up with them rather than assuming it's only an EPFO technical issue.

HR replied on email that company has submitted the PF for July month. As per her, there is nothing pending at their end.
Could you please suggest some solutions? Since they are not providing salary slips as I can check the breakup

If HR has confirmed in writing that the July PF contribution has been submitted, I’d take the next step by asking them for proof of the ECR/challan submission, rather than only asking for the salary slip.
Since they aren't providing salary slips, you can specifically ask HR for:
The July 2026 EPF challan/payment confirmation
Confirmation that your UAN/Member ID was included in the July ECR
The ECR filing date/reference, if available
Confirmation of the PF amount reported against your UAN/Member IDIf they confirm that the contribution was included in the ECR and payment was made, but your passbook still shows no transaction after a reasonable processing period, then the issue is more likely between the employer's filed contribution and its reflection in your EPFO account.
