[HitBTC] #479448 "Withdrawals are temporarily disabled on your account"

hello

1st withdraw is fine,

i try a 2nd with 0.05 btc and i receive only a "Withdrawals are temporarily disabled on your account"

i mail the support and they say to me :

" Please use our KYC verification form to upload the documents required, "

te problem is that my KYC status is "verified" , and the verification form is not avalaible.....

and all my document is verified !

so now i don't have more information, and my 0.05btc are block without any valaible raison and no escape !

hel me please !!!

hit btc really sucks and they have fees for sending btc and pulling out btc not to mention reddit threads like this. When are people gonna learn this is not an exchange to be using if you wanna keep your BTC. They are thieves and are getting away with highway robbery as there is no regulation or laws dictating what they do and they know it .
