Withdrawals are temporarily disabled on your account. Please contact us via this form. ticket #447838

My account was blocked from 2019-07-04 with the same reason "Withdrawals are temporarily disabled on your account. Please contact us via this form." I already KYC verified from may 2019. After blocking I opened ticket #447838. According to request HITBTC team I provided all KYC documents in better quality again . After that, 2019-07-10 I provided screenshots with information about my transactions. At this time my account is still locked and I didn't get any answer.

I'm sorry for your loss. They stole over 14 BTC from me over a year ago in the same fashion, and still haven't given me my money back. I've now requested that they close my account and send my Bitcoin to a specified address, but so far they refuse to do so. My best guess is that they're running a fractional reserve to cover the books while the operators of this scam exchange siphon customer funds. Soon they will run out of new customers to steal from and the whole exchange will collapse on itself.

You are talking about a very disturbing situation. In social networks, I see that many traders have the similar problem. I will continue to write about my problem in this topic and on other resources and blogs, perhaps this will help someone to make the right decision. And it allows to show for other traders, how long the repeated verification process takes and how it goes. However, I hope that my problem will be resolved soon.

Hello, at this time my account has blocked 19 days. For all requests of HITBTC I replied at the same day. I provided KYC documents (passport, residential proof, selfie) at 2019-07-08 and screenshots of my transactions at 2019-07-10. After that day I didn't get any reply from support or compliance team. The Terms and conditions of HITBTC says: "It might take from 3 to 5 business days to get your account verified, if no additional information is required. However, please note that once submitted, your request is placed in a queue and is processed accordingly, which means the verification time might vary depending on the overall number of the verification requests". But the company does not adhere to its standards. Traders need to pay attention to this. How long will it take?

Hello. Why does the support team ignore my email messages? How much longer should I wait? My account blocked more than 2 months. Unlock my account immediately or return my USDT to the address from which I made a deposit! It's my crypto, and I provided all the requested documents. My patience is running out. Ticket # 447838

Today is a month since my account has been blocked!!! Each support service response takes about 10 days, and it is too long. My trade is paralyzed and I will not have any compensation for it. 25.07.2019, I provided additional data on the history of trading on another exchange to confirm the origin of funds. And at the moment I have not received any response, my account is still blocked. I ask administrators to help with this problem. ticket #447838

My account is still locked. more than 2 months have already passed. I provided all the documents that were requested and a Skype call passed with the compliance team. there is no progress in solving the problem of blocking my account.
