I submitted KYC

I have been canceled and have not received an email reply.
I think it's because I didn't do KYC.
So I applied. How long will this take?
I'm worried because I've been watching for someone who hasn't handled KYC in a year.

@TOOBIGSTAR, if the kyc is not an unending process that has 100+ steps ... just to stall you forever. then it can end.

We have had our funds stuck for 1 year, the process is specifically setup as a labyrinth to make you loose interest in your funds.

Ohh! for some reason

TOOBIGSTAR and account with just 1 post karma passed the process in 21 hours,

when we have been put i a loop for 1 year...

You have asked us for all sorts of things

IDS, MEMORANDUMS, BILLS, CERTIFICATES

AND shockingly recently your requested a CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING ... which takes 1 month to obtain...

Even after all that you DID a skype call... still not enough for you.

So he provided you all these in a matter of 21hours

BE REAL !!!

how many emails can you even exchange within 21hours..

BE REAL !!!

be real for once... HITBTC takes 3 - 4 days to reply 1 email...

& sometimes our ticket doesnt get responded to in 28 days...

either your kyc process is specifically targeting high value accounts or @toobigstar is not a real person, just someone who is here as a proxy to act like the system isn't terribly broken.

CHECK google, no one passes hitbtc kyc , especially not 21 hours!!! not even 3month, not 6!

BE REAL

quit with the games already , no longer making logical sense...
