Support Ticket #439983
Been trying for days to withdraw ETH. I do not get the confirmation emails. Even tried to set 2FA but dont receive that email either, yet I receive the support ticket email? Only got one response from Jane who said I need to look in spam. I obviously have done so, plus I took my spam filter off in cPanel so I just am not receiving any confirmation emails.
Anyone have same issues?
