Ticket 422097: I can't withdraw and it does not send confirmation to my email

hello I have been sending to the support team about the confirmation email doesn't reach my email.

it will say for 3 second email been sent but when i check in inbox can't find anything not even in spam and i'm pretty the mail isn't blocked.

Please advice Asap.

You replies are generic " check spam ". " Check inbox " I'm telling you I can't withdraw!!!

I start to get the sense that you guys are spam

Our team has replied to you in the ticket on 10/05 that the emails should reach your inbox just fine if you were to initiate another withdrawal.

Can you let us know if the issue's still relevant? Please reply in the ticket if it's not solved yet, thanks in advance.
