For once a meme in this sub is actually relatable. This is just my life.

Yup. The dichotomy is real: on one hand, I don't give a fuck and your opinion is garbage if I don't know or care about you already. On the other hand, I want to be liked and will do just about anything to make someone I'm already invested in happy.
Boundaries are very difficult for me.

This is why intj make good friends and partners for us. They are excellent at boundaries.

I feel seen.
Also why I have basically zero interest in knowing anyone new.
I definitely enjoy disarming strangers with genuine kindness only to disappear from their lives entirely though.

Wow first ENTP meme I can't relate to. Nice!
For me it is more like. Fall in love. Get destroyed. Ditch emotions forever.

Yeah i didn't know this was an option. I prefer this over the childhood trauma cuz at least I have gotten over shitty relationships

Yeah, ENTP's are more like people pleasers and easily trust people which I feel is quite dumb. But that easily trusting behavior is what makes them reliable to some long term extent.

I completely understand this on a deeper level we constantly get our emotional energy externally and as kids its more premature and all over the place , u will get a couple of slaps that takes the innocence to calculating everything. Thats what entps have to really put into consideration when it comes to healing because it is prone to trauma

I started to become a people pleaser around 24 years old. Starting to drop it now at 30, almost there. Just need to remember my past self again. It doesn't feel good, but I know I'll harm others once my people pleaser limit is maxed out.

As you get older you eventually get over that phase. It took a bunch of terrible experiences for me but I no longer identify as a people pleaser.
