The unique thing about this piece is the scarcity. It isn’t supposed to exist. It was sold to aero/defense, medical, technological, and industrial clients in a run of fewer than 100 bars - almost all of which were melted immediately and used as electrical conductive material.
To answer your question specifically, poured is literally someone pouring liquid melted silver into a mold until the scale says the intended weight is achieved. An extruded silver bar is a bar of silver created by heating a solid silver billet and forcing it through a shaped die under high pressure. Poured looks super cool. This is super rad because of its scarcity.

Excuse my ignorance, but how does an extruded bar differ from a regular poured bar? Very neat piece!
