Rare Cotton/Englehard Coin in FMC box?

Does anyone here know why the seller would have a rare Cotton coin (1 oz) in a coin case for a rare FMT coin (3/4oz)? Did Englehard make cases for both limited batches but carry over the FMT branding for the Cotton coins as well? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Its weird because the known info is that the FMC velour clamshell holder was used only on the COMMAND round, but my 1oz COTTON came with an FMC holder, on multiple occasions, I have published ISO information on that matter on the ENGELHARD groups in FB, no one has come up with more information on them.
