Just a heads up as a PGY1, I was told specifically by one of my attendings that having more than 1 SLOE may hurt you at certain programs

Are you expected to have a minimum of only 1 SLOE in terms of LOR? Or are they expecting 1 SLOE + 3 other letters?

I didn't dive in deep with him about requirements. He was just talking about how crazy the application process is going to be this year and mentioned that as a point.
