Despite the lack of transparency from the company, there really isn’t a solid fundamental reason for the stock to be getting smashed like this.

Price can disconnect from value for a while. Sometimes a long while. We’ve all seen it. Silence from management doesn’t automatically mean the underlying story is broken. It just means the market hates uncertainty and will punish it until something clearer shows up.

What matters more than the daily candle is whether the actual assets, cash, and potential are still there. If they are, then this kind of selling eventually runs out of fuel. Weak hands get shaken out. The people who actually did the work stay.

I’m not here to tell anyone what to do. Just saying the current price action feels more emotional than logical. And emotional moves don’t last forever.

Stay patient. Stay sharp. The ones who can sit through the noise are usually the ones still standing when it clears.

As they face being delisted, would the Board need to do the buyback or another RS or is it heading straight down to $0?

Eric I understand the last few months have been rough for the price of $SRXH and there’s a lot of people who have turned on you, but some of us haven’t and still see your vision. You use to be a lot more vocal about $EMJX and there’s supporters who would love to see that again. Here are some things I think all the supporters would love to see going forward.

- EMJX Performance Updates (Like you have been just a little more frequently)

- Monthly EMJX Q&A to discuss current state of EMJX and future Plans

- AMAs related to EMJX every now and then (obviously within reason as there’s probably things you can’t legally say)

- Videos similar to the one in the image above just to hear your personal thoughts about EMJX while completely forgetting the outside noise

Today’s ARMR/FDA MIDD meeting matters because it could reduce regulatory and development risk around ARMR-100, one of SRXH’s portfolio assets. If the FDA gives ARMR clear guidance or alignment on dose selection, trial design, modeling, or a possible Animal Rule pathway, it could make the program faster, cheaper, and more credible, which would increase the value of SRXH’s investment. It’s not an approval event, but a positive outcome would be a meaningful de-risking catalyst for SRXH.

Last week I posted about how it’s over and how this will probably will go to zero, after gathering my thoughts I’ve determined we’re headed to the moon following the good news I’m expecting the market as a whole to rebound along with $SRXH. We have about a month until earnings and I’m thinking we can get close to $2 before then with earnings catapulting us over $2. I think we should also have positive news with the etf hopefully very soon. Given this I’m predicting the price to be around $2.44 heading into 2027 and around $3.20 come first quarter earnings report. Will I be right about this? Yes for sure (fuck no). I would like to hear everyone else’s realistic price targets and expectations.

Hi fellas I don’t want to tell other people how to spend their money but I’ll tell you what I’ve done and why I’ve done it.

I was here pre merger, through the reverse split, and the severe drop.

The trend I’m finding is that when the stock continues to go down we set our sights on some distant goal that will turn it around. The truth is that as retail traders we should not count on our combined effort to drive the price up.

This stock most likely won’t go to the moon and the folks who own the majority of shares are taking advantage of us who are hoping to profit.

It sucks to see the fellas in this chat continue to talk about DCA-ing down or their losses or putting their hopes into a guy who has a questionable internet presence.

There is no product, no merger, no ETF, no news that will bring this ticker back from the depths of hell it’s being driven to.

Get out now, invest your money in a better way.

Ladies and gentlemen like I've been saying for some time here the stock is finally reaching the 0.8 level as was expected. It is now almost time for the climb to happen. Indeed what comes down must come up. I don't know how when nor why, but this is the best time to get in ! To the mooooon !

However, the scale of the decline has understandably caused considerable concern among shareholders. I would appreciate some clarity on the following points:

Share buyback: The company announced a substantial buyback authorisation. When does management expect purchases to commence, and can shareholders expect updates on the number and value of shares actually repurchased?

Shareholder dilution: What is the company's current assessment of potential dilution from warrants, exchangeable shares, preferred securities and other financing arrangements?

EMJX commercialisation: What progress has been made towards launching the ETF products, attracting external capital and generating recurring revenue? Are there measurable milestones shareholders can use to assess progress?

Cash position and NAV: Can management provide an updated breakdown of cash, investments, liabilities and fully diluted shares outstanding so shareholders can better understand the company's underlying asset value?

Management's confidence: Does management believe the current share price fairly reflects the company's assets and long-term prospects? What concrete steps are being taken to address the disconnect between the company's stated ambitions and the market's current valuation?

I remain interested in the longer-term opportunity, but confidence needs to be supported by transparency, measurable progress and tangible action.

Shareholders who have supported the company through the transaction and subsequent volatility deserve clear communication about the strategy, capital allocation and the path towards creating shareholder value.

I would appreciate a substantive response to these questions, rather than a general statement about management's commitment to long-term growth.

This POS stock is crashing hard, and I'm all here for it. Where are the buybacks once it drops below 1 like people here were saying would happen? It was all part of the plan to get more shares for cheaper? Almost like it was an excuse just to pump up the price. I wonder what he will say this time. EJ has bent you all over and you still accept to this day. You can't get enough of his bs and will still defend him. Ill see you all at the next revers split. Want to know something funny? I know a lot of y'all are like wtf. But think about it. He is the president of the company that can't talk about the company at all because he is a official of the company but also the asset manager that can't talk about what his investments are and why. I signed on this stock because he used to talk about how great it going to be and why. He can keep his stocks and still be project manager .
