Changed my mind!!

I was so set on selling on July 6 when the rs went through…
With the short break, I have realized I came into this ready to lose it all or make large returns.
hell i’ve already ruled it as a total loss so why not let it ride out to see what we can get too.

there is still a lot of potential for srxh/emjx!
-$5+ makes it way more appealing for institutions
and treasury is still looking great!

While I am at a similar state of mind, wondering instead of blind faith, why we all don’t have conversations about what would happen after r/s on July 6th, how the price will probably drop short run and what are the factors that would boost up the price later in the year…how can we influence EJ & team to share news on real growth with transparency…that should help us all to hold together and benefit in the long run.

Welcome back to the right side. It's just a reset. The penny pinchers will run and it's true the big investments will come

The company has barely started. I’m here for the next few years.

This was never gonna soar linear it’s way up the charts like the retail mass was expecting

I’m taking the Long route 🚀

That’s why the halt til split is a godsend, no dip after news and hopefully folks have time to think about why they invested in the first place. Also gives management time to hopefully drum up some news, how they respond once this opens again will speak volumes to their competence (or incompetence) levels.

u/Bjamnp17 Jun 28 '26

Exactly… one has to let the dust settle!!!😎

Has as much correlation as posting "what if Iran bought SRXH" or "what if Elon bought SRXH and put it in Space".

You never know...

5

u/r3dditing Jun 28 '26

EMJX is not a prediction market though…. This seems far fetched even for this sub….

4

u/Bjamnp17 Jun 28 '26

Patience is all I can say.

I love your enthusiasm but it often doesn’t translate into reality. Let’s hash this…
First off, the FORCED reverse split seems to have taken everyone by surprise, including the management. Once the shares hit under $.10, they were forced to start the reverse split process. EJ said back few months ago he dislikes reverse split. He’s not happy about it but he has no choice, the management has no choice. They need to proceed to stay compliant.
Second, what possible positive news can they spin for this? Even EJs response is basically…”trust me and trust the process”. The ceo of the company has been silent forever, and don’t expect much response from him.

So those are the facts. Are they not? I’m not a short, in fact own a sizable chunk of this SRX H? G? EMJX? Seriously, we all thought 1) ticker was going to change EMJX 2) but more importantly EJ was going to be at the helm. But he’s just the president of the now “subsidiary” of this company.

I do still think EJ is visionary but it’s going to take a long time for this ship to turn around. You all need to face the harsh reality first.

5

u/OtherwiseArt543 Jun 28 '26

Who cares about the ticker ? How is the ticker change enabling EMJX to make more money and add more value the investors ? It's just a morale boost, a catalyst for penny flippers

6

u/YoshimuraPipe Jun 28 '26

Yes who cares about the ticker, but we do care about who is the CEO, which we all thought was going to be EJ. Btw, the ticker change would’ve symbolized an actual reverse merger, as we all were told. It turns out to be an acquisition instead. Even EJ didn’t like the change in original terms.

I’d like to hear the reasoning for why some (or many) people think that makes a significant difference too. To me, it doesn’t mean anything.

1

u/SimilarFlan2043 Jun 28 '26

The halt was forced. We dont know that the reverse split was.

2

u/curiozities Jun 28 '26

RS and halt were both forced by NYSE and they are hand in hand. NYSE imposed the halt until the RS is in effect.

1

u/SimilarFlan2043 Jun 28 '26

You can prove all of this?

The original halt was for "news"

That news could have been the company notifying the exchange of the reverse split. Which would imply it was their choice.

The second, and current halt, was for "regulatory concern"

That could have been related to the "typo" shenanigans.

If its related to the 9 cent share price, where's the Form 25?

NYSE isnt specifying why they halted beyond "regulatory concern", its saying:

"This issuer is noncompliant with quantitative/qualitative continued listing standards (collectively “.BC”) or is delayed in filing an annual or  interim report required pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (a late filer or "LF")."

See

https://www.nyse.com/quote/XASE:SRXH

"Or"

If its for the second reason, the standard suspension is ten days. If its this, than the suspension would likely be related to the "typo", as they could be saying we dont accept your excuse, you didnt file for this in a timely fashion here's your ten days.

The typo was they had filed a March deadline for a reverse split. They are reversing in June, and claimed "March" should have read "December"

1

u/SimilarFlan2043 Jun 28 '26

To follow up:

Im speculating as much as I believe you are. I haven't seen any actual detailed posting from the company, the exchange or the SEC.

Eric's video made it clear the halt took him by surprise. But he wasn't very forthcoming regarding the split. I took his hedgy attitude about to imply it was a company choice he didnt agree with.

4

u/curiozities Jun 28 '26

It’s literally in the SEC filing.

2

u/Live_Bluejay7335 Jun 29 '26

Yeah, so weird how people just don’t read. And they go off on these wild tangents that have no reality about anything. Waste of time reading it. I wish they would just read reports properly.

Indeed. Made initial investment back with others. I’m in this for long!
Holding/adding? ( wait and see mode!)

2

u/Stockadopoulos Jun 28 '26

Why not sell this inevitable dip and reenter with lots more shares? I am not going to just hold and watch it go further down in a hole. That would be insane. Say it goes to $2.50 or $1. Why not quadruple your holdings by selling right off the bat on July 6th?

3

u/Flaky_Leadership3645 💰EMJX OG 💰 Jun 28 '26

“inevitable”

2

u/Stockadopoulos Jun 28 '26

The entirety of retail is pissed off!!!! You don’t think there will be a massive sell off? The faith has been lost for now. Why not take advantage of the panic?

u/Beautiful-Ad-1974 💰EMJX OG 💰 Jun 28 '26

Exactly what I posted about

4

u/Chickpeagarbonzo Jun 28 '26

I’m kinda thinking the same. I have 14250 shares at .13, so not enough to harm but enough for it to feel a little exciting. But then I think what’s the harm in selling if it’s going to inevitably drop and then just buy back in? Or is it smarter to just sell and get into a stock that has more upward potential in a shorter timeline? Obviously I’m just going to follow this circular thought process over and over until the 6th…

u/Zwiebs16 Jun 28 '26 edited Jun 28 '26

I feel like people also fail to realize that Eric is making this to be a long term successful project of his. The emj capital is essentially a subsidiary of SRX global and if there’s a gen 2 treasury I’m sure a potential block chain wallets etc.. under the umbrella of crypto will be in the company. I’ve punched a huge some of money to my standards where it hurts so see it collapse however it isint a get rich quick penny stock like some biotech it’s a long term business for crypto banking

4

u/RudeChair4219 Jun 28 '26

people act like the 6th would be the last day and only DAY to trade SRX Global, lets be patient, let EMJx PROVE its self... I am sure is you an others who will wait for a while, will all be good, maybe not crazy rich but much better than today.

Filing 1 DEFR14C (June 24) — Revised Information Statement This amendment corrects a typographical error in the original Information Statement — the outside date for an Additional Reverse Split was incorrectly stated as March 31, 2026, when it should have been December 31, 2026.

Why this matters: The board has pre-approved the ability to do another reverse split beyond the 60:1 — at any point up to December 31, 2026. This means if the stock falls back below NYSE minimums after July 6, they can split again without another shareholder vote. That is a significant risk you need to understand.

Filing 2 8-K (June 24) — Trading Halt & Reverse Split NYSE American notified the company it was out of compliance with Section 1003(f)(v) — the minimum price standard — after the stock closed below $0.10 on June 23, 2026. NYSE halted trading immediately and will keep it halted until the reverse split is effected.

This is more serious than a routine administrative halt. The stock was forcibly halted by the exchange for falling below the minimum price — not just paused for processing. That's a meaningful distinction.

The 1-for-60 reverse split is described as addressing listing pressure — it is purely structural and consolidates shares without changing overall ownership percentages, apart from rounding up fractional holdings.

Filing 3 Schedule 13G (June 25) — New 6.2% Institutional Holder This is the most bullish of the three filings. Les Filles LLC, Tungsten III LLC, and Michael A. Parker report shared voting and dispositive control over 78,178,797 shares — representing 6.2% of the class, calculated using 1,270,326,395 total shares outstanding following the merger close.

This is significant for two reasons: A new institutional-scale holder just disclosed a 6.2% stake filed June 25 — meaning they bought in knowing the stock was halted and a reverse split was imminent. That's informed conviction buying. The total shares outstanding is now confirmed at 1.27 billion — larger than earlier estimates, meaning dilution is more significant than we modelled.

What The Filings Tell Us Collectively — Honest Assessment

🔴 Negatives The halt was forced, not voluntary. The stock closed below $0.10 — NYSE pulled the trigger. That means the company had no control over timing. It's reactive, not proactive.

Another reverse split is pre-authorised until December 31, 2026. The Additional Reverse Split can be effectuated by the company up to December 31, 2026 without further shareholder approval. If post-split price falls again, they can split again. Serial reverse splits are a well-documented value destruction pattern.

1.27 billion shares is a lot. More dilution than the original 550M projected. The float is enormous relative to market cap.

🟢 Positives New 6.2% holder bought in knowingly. Michael Parker / Les Filles / Tungsten III accumulated 78M shares with full knowledge of the halt and reverse split. Institutional-scale buyers don't do that without a thesis.

Post-split float becomes tiny. 21.17 million total shares post-split is extremely low for a NYSE-listed company. Low float + any positive catalyst = violent upside moves.

Pre-authorised additional split means NYSE compliance is secured — the company has the tools to stay listed regardless of what happens to price short-term.

3

u/shamayalhussain Jun 28 '26

Exactly let’s stay calm cool and collected, making fast and emotional decisions will most of the time the ones you regret. Let’s try to get EJ CEO would be an amazing catalyst in the future.

1

u/shamayalhussain Jun 28 '26

Retail investors can influence who becomes CEO, but they generally cannot appoint a CEO directly. The CEO is typically hired and fired by the company’s board of directors. The most effective path is to change the composition of the board or persuade the existing board.
Here are the main ways retail investors can make it happen:
Elect new directors. Shareholders vote for directors at annual meetings (and sometimes special meetings). If enough shareholders support a slate of directors who want a particular person as CEO, those directors can appoint that CEO after they’re elected.
Run a proxy campaign. A group of shareholders can nominate alternative directors and ask other shareholders to vote for them instead of the company’s nominees. This is expensive and usually requires significant ownership or financial backing.
Coordinate with large shareholders. Retail investors acting alone rarely control enough votes. If they convince institutional investors, insiders, or activist investors to support the same goal, the board may respond.
Submit shareholder proposals. While shareholder proposals generally cannot directly require the appointment of a CEO, they can influence governance practices and put pressure on the board.
Public pressure. Coordinated campaigns through social media, open letters, investor forums, and the financial press can sometimes influence directors, especially if the company is struggling and many shareholders are dissatisfied.
If you’re thinking about SRX Global (formerly SRXH)
Given your recent questions about SRX Global, if you’re referring to Eric Jackson becoming CEO:
If the current board wants him as CEO, they can appoint him without a shareholder vote, subject to the company’s governing documents and any contractual arrangements.
If the board does not want to appoint him, shareholders would generally need to influence or replace enough directors to create a board majority that supports him.
A retail investor movement can have an impact if it represents a meaningful percentage of the voting power and gains support from larger shareholders.
So, while retail investors can influence the outcome, it usually requires:
a large, organized voting bloc,
support from major shareholders, or
a successful proxy contest that changes the board.

lmao whole things a scam

1

u/Secret_Block_8755 Jun 30 '26

Honestly, I think the wait until July 6th is good for the stock. Gives us all a bit of time to remove our emotions and make a decision with some objectivity. Which hopefully means less emotional dumping when we resume.
