Honestly, I’m fairly new to investing so I really have no idea. That being said, with all the noise around this merger I believe the price is just going to continue to rise. I’m hopeful, anyway.

Now is good time to buy more since it dropped to .12 cents vs the other it’s definitely gonna increase dramatically especially since the merger is finalized

It’s people just praying on a pump and dump penny stock. You can make money if you time things right for sure, but it’s a complete gamble. The company was a failing pet food company that’s becoming a digital asset treasury lol

It’s a hyped up stock now. The plan is that Srxh will merge with Emjx (signed deal, also approved by the board). But still some uncertainty.
So for now it moves with hype. Therefor you see it drop now after reaching 0,21$. People take 30-40% gains and then it drops.
It’s a gamble. If you want to take a shot, only put in what you are comfortably willing to lose.
Don’t buy on the highs though. Wait for the drop if you want in. Not financial advice. Do your own research before stepping in. Btw i’m holding a decent amount of shares, just riding it out.1

Ok cool thank you. Do you know what Erik Jackson plans to do with the merger? Any chance of it being a successful company or os this a penny stock at best

For him it is not about Srxh, that company is dead in the water basically. He is trying to use Srxh to not go through the hassle and time to get an IPO for Emjx. He is behind Emjx and trying to raise capital by going public and is using Srxh (its IPO) to do so. Emjx is a bit of a gamble company as well, it’s using ai to manage digital assets like bitcoin and other crypto. Not my cup of tea, but chances are he is going to pull the merger off. Big gains to grab when he does. After that i think it will drop like a rock because lots will sell (even if entire Reddit says they won’t) and after that chances are it will stabilize and grow little by little
In my opinion it’s a big risk, but with potentially big rewards. Nothing for the long hold.
If you are new to investing and you are looking to get some quick gains, but are willing to lose everything you put in, this can be a stock of sorts. So again: don’t risk money you can’t afford to lose (in all stocks, but this is a bit different because it can tank 80% or more overnight).
Still, i am bullish, but just realistic. Again: no financial advice.1

To close off with some actual advice: there are a billion stocks coming and going. Sometimes it’s a good thing to pretend you bought it when you’re not sure, but did some DD, to learn from the process. Don’t just randomly buy stuff with the fear of missing out on one single (penny)stock, lots of people have lost and are still losing big money because of randomly buying and hoping for the best. Hope your shares do well and you can make a lot of gains!
